Our AC hadn’t worked for four days. Three HVAC companies misdiagnosed it as an electrical issue, and two tried to sell us a new unit without knowing if it would help. Will came out within an hour to check if it was an electrical issue. He didn’t just look at our old breaker box, he thoroughly inspected the electrical connection to the AC, did something with the fuse no one else thought to do, and got the fan running again. He was honest about our options for replacing the breaker box and refused to charge since it wasn’t an electrical problem. Will also recommended a reputable HVAC tech to finish the job. Professional, thorough, and trustworthy. I highly recommend Will.

Our service guy was Will. He came out and within a few minutes we were good to go. If you are looking for a professional establishment that does excellent work, give them a call.

Will is awesome! He showed up when we agreed and quickly and efficiently identified the problem. He explained the issue to me and gave me an accurate quote upfront. He gave me options that I might want to pursue but did not pressure me into unnecessary upgrades. Will stayed until the work was done, made sure everything functioned perfectly and cleaned up after himself. I would 100% recommend him to anyone and will call him again in the future!

I accidentally shorted half the house. Called BB&C this morning and Will was out an hour later. He was very informative and knowledgeable about the work. He got the power back on, explained what went wrong and how they could fix it. I look forward to them doing the needed work. Overall a pleasant and professional experience.

Very professional company and the service that was provided to me and my family was outstanding. When it comes from making emergency call to the response and the outcome. We said we needed somebody over right away they said we can be there within 40 minutes it happened...
